Last week, Dragan Milošević from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia visited as an ERASMUS+ guest the Urban Climate group for an exchange on current research projects with focus on urban climate monitoring.
During his stay he held interesting presentations about Meteorological networks and mobile observations for urban climate monitoring and the urban precipitation network. On Wednesday he conducted a lecture and a lecture and pratical workshop about human biometeorology observations. Potential future collaborations and research opportunities were discussed.
Apart from the research aspect, the working group had a Barbecue event with Dragan Milošević with the opportunity to strengthen international scientific relations.
We all really enjoyed the visit and hope for further scientific cooperation in the future.
